When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

Accounts require admin approval before becoming active. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Upload apps containing illegal content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer our platform
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without authorization

For administrators uploading apps:

• You must own or have the rights to distribute the apps you upload
• Apps must not contain malicious code or violate third-party rights
• You are responsible for the accuracy of app information and descriptions
• You grant us a license to store and distribute your apps to authorized users
• We reserve the right to remove apps that violate these terms

When downloading apps from our platform:

• Downloads are for personal or authorized business use only
• You may not redistribute downloaded apps without permission
• Download links are temporary and expire after a limited time
• You accept apps "as-is" without warranty
• We are not responsible for app functionality or compatibility

The service and its original content (excluding user-uploaded apps), features, and functionality are owned by RGDev and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The service is free of viruses or harmful components
• Downloaded apps will function as expected

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• At your request
• For any other reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
